This week we’re eating… Kale
It’s not hard to see why we’re becoming a nation of kale devotees – this deep green, hardy brassica is chock full of vitamins and flavour, making it our seasonal superfood of choice for January. When it comes to serving kale, we’re all about blitzing it into pestosmoothies and soup, or making healthy homemade kale crisps. We also love it woven through a main course pasta or stir-fry, or served as a tasty side dish. Eating your greens has never been so appealing…
