Reminder: Register for BTO's 2015 Program Peer Review Have you registered for the Building Technologies Office Peer Review? The event is open to the public, and will be held in Vienna, Virginia on April 14 - 16, 2015. Stakeholders will have the opportunity to learn more about BTO research, development, demonstration and deployment projects. Space for the event is limited and registration is required. Event Details Event: Building Technologies Office Peer Review 2015 Dates: 8:00 a.m. Tuesday, April 14, 2015 through 1:30 p.m. Thursday, April 16, 2015 Location: Sheraton Tysons Hotel, 8661 Leesburg Pike, Vienna, VA 22182 Registration: Peer Review Registration Questions: Please contact btopeerreview@ee.doe.gov with any questions Information on hotel accommodations is also available on the event registration form. Last Day to Submit Your Poster Idea! BTO is also holding a Poster Session at the Peer Review, on April 14 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. The session provides an opportunity for meeting participants to socialize and network, while learning more about the people and activities promoting energy efficiency improvements in the buildings sector. Today is the last day to submit your poster title and presentation topic. To propose a poster topic, please follow the process outlined below. By 5 pm Today (March 13) – submit your poster title and presentation objective to BTOPeerReview@ee.doe.gov. Any submissions after this deadline may be ineligible. By Wednesday, March 18 – BTO staff will have reviewed your submission and informed you whether or not your poster topic was accepted. By Wednesday, April 8 – submit an electronic version of your finalized poster (as a PDF) to BTOPeerReview@ee.doe.gov. By Friday, April 10 – BTO staff will have reviewed your finalized poster (PDF) and provided feedback. Any submissions after this deadline may become ineligible. On Tuesday, April 14 at 3:00 pm – room open for you to setup for your poster. Visit the BTO website to view presentations from last year's Peer Review.
