BREAKING NEWS: French officials make contact with Paris terror suspects holding hostage

A French official tells the Associated Press that authorities have made contact with two suspects in Wednesday’s Charlie Hebdo massacre, who are holding a hostage in a print shop approximately 25 miles outside Paris.
