The 2014 Commander, Submarine Force Atlantic (SUBLANT) Senior and Junior Sailors of the Year (SOY) were announced March 5, during a ceremony held at the Pennsylvania House, Naval Station Norfolk. Capt. Blake Converse, SUBLANT chief-of-staff, presided over the ceremony.
