BREAKING: NCAA, Pennsylvania officials settle Penn State lawsuit; 111 Joe Paterno victories restored, dating to 1998

A proposed settlement of a lawsuit would restore 112 total football victories and $60 million would go to programs serving child sexual abuse, the NCAA announced.
