HBO just released two deleted scenes from ‘Game of Thrones’ – watch them right here
On Wednesday, Game of Thrones fans got some huge news that everyone is still talking about. According to George R.R. Martin, author of the books on which the popular HBO show is based, the show’s creators plan to kill off characters who did not die in the book series. No one is safe, and now fans who read the books will have to be on the lookout for huge twists and turns around every corner. To keep the hype going ahead of season 5’s April 12th premiere, HBO has released two deleted scenes that have never been seen before.

Apple Watch advertising push begins with a supermodel
With the Apple Watch set to hit store shelves this April, Apple’s U.S.-based advertising push is about to kick into high gear. Now, seeing as how the Apple Watch is as much about personal fashion and health as it is about consumer technology, it shouldn’t come as a surprise that Apple has tapped supermodel (and former Victoria’s Secret Angel) Candice Swanepoel to wear the highly anticipated device on the March cover of SELF magazine.

Google’s reimagination of email is finally available for iPad
This past October, Google released a new email app that had all the makings of a winner. Called Inbox, the app offered a somewhat fresh new take on email management that looked to help users combat email fatigue. Inbox only notifies users when important emails arrive, never when things like newsletters or promotional emails hit the Inbox, and it also includes snoozes and other features from rival offerings like Dropbox’s Mailbox app. Now, a new update issued by Google on Thursday adds one important new feature that many users were sorely missing.

More proof Apple is working on car battery technology
A new lawsuit against Apple seemingly lends even more credence to the somewhat incredulous rumor that the company is working on developing an electric car. Originally spotted by 9to5Mac, a company called A123 Systems is suing Apple for hiring five key Ph.D scientists who were researching advanced battery technologies for them. According to the suit, the employees are in violation of non-compete agreements which precludes them from engaging in substantially similar battery research for other companies.

You owe it to yourself to check out Google’s amazing Street View images of Greenland
You probably wouldn’t want to visit Greenland this time of year, which is why Google is letting you explore this gorgeous and remote landmass virtually through Google Maps Street View. Google on Wednesday announced that it’s teamed up with  Visit Greenland and Asiaq to help create “immersive 360-degree imagery of the world’s largest island,” which bears a striking resemblance to the frozen lands seen in the hit video game The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.

Vengeful Bostonian buries his neighbor’s car in snow after it took his parking spot
Anyone who’s lived in Boston knows that we get very territorial about our parking spaces during blizzards, and with good reason. It takes a long time to properly shovel out and maintain a parking spot, particularly when the city’s plows create huge walls around your car simply because they have no other place to dump the excess snow. With this in mind, we couldn’t help but chuckle at the extreme lengths one Boston driver went to exact revenge on a neighbor’s car after it grabbed his parking spot.

It might not mean much to you when I tell you that the official NBC app for iOS and Android just hit version 3.0, but trust me, it’s a pretty significant update. Thank you, Sony: There are finally smart glasses that are even dorkier than Google Glass
Google Glass, as we know it, is dead. The $1,500 connected eyewear was a bust for a laundry list of reasons, not the least of which was the fact that wearing the device looks absolutely ridiculous. As it turns out, however, there are even worse designs for smart glasses, and it looks like Sony is on a mission to prove it.
