Where Is AirAsia Flight 8501? 
After two days of a massive search involving ships, helicopters and planes, there is no sign of AirAsia Flight 8501. The airbus jet bound for Singapore with 162 people on board hit bad weather then vanished. As loved ones endure agonizing uncertainty and rain threatens the search, the head of the effort said “our presumption now is that the aircraft is under the sea.”

With the final passengers now airlifted to safety, Italian prosecutors are beginning a criminal investigation.
