Rear Adm. Jeffrey Ruth recently kicked off the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society breakfast fundraiser to help Sailors and Marines in need. The charity organization provides financial assistance and education, as well as other programs and services, to members of the #USNavy and United States Marine Corps, their eligible family members, widows, and survivors.
