The entire history of Apple products captured in one fantastic poster
When you think of Apple in 2014, the first device that comes to mind is probably the iPhone. Few products have had as much of a cultural impact as Apple’s smartphone, but the iPhone is just one branch of Apple’s prolific history. Pop Chart Lab recently released the third edition of its “Insanely Great History of Apple” poster, featuring over 500 Apple releases, from the Dot Matrix Printer to the iPad Air 2.

MCX may claim that its CurrentC mobile payment platform is a bold challenge to the mobile payments status quo but its target audience isn’t seeing it that way so far. Here is the most idiotic reaction to Tim Cook coming out as gay
When Tim Cook came out as gay on Thursday, the reaction from fellow tech leaders and from most politicians was largely positive. We knew that not everyone would react this way, however, and sure enough The Washington Post has cataloged some of the more idiotic reactions to Cook coming out. While some of the reactions were fairly predictable — really, who didn’t think the American Family Association’s Bryan Fischer would say something stupid? — the most boneheaded reaction so far actually comes to us from Vitaly Milonov, a Russian member of parliament who wants Cook banned from entering his country for life.

They’re also similar to the iPhone, just like the Galaxy Alpha that just preceded them.

Aaron Sorkin may have found the perfect person to play Steve Wozniak
Do you imagine Steve Wozniak smoked a lot of pot and made a lot of penis jokes in his youth? If so then you’ll think the casting choice for Woz’s role in Aaron Sorkin’s new Steve Jobs biopic is absolutely perfect. According to Variety, none other than Seth Rogen has been tapped to play Wozniak in the upcoming film, which we think is an inspired choice for the brilliant and often very amusing Apple cofounder. Christian Bale, who is best known for playing Batman in Gary Nolan’s highly acclaimed trilogy, will play opposite Rogen as Steve Jobs.

The latest Call of Duty trailer brings Advanced Warfare to the real world
Next week, one of the most popular video game franchises of the past decade will return with its latest entry, Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare. It’s fair to say that the buzz has died down slightly from the record-breaking days of Modern Warfare 3 and Black Ops 2, but Activision has a great deal of faith in Sledgehammer Games, the recently minted developer which has yet to release a full game.
