ESVCLP capital requirements need to be reduced; Pozible launches Chinese partnership; Could dogecoin save journalism?

The capital required for a venture capital fund to become a registered early stage venture capital limited partnership (ESVCLP) should be reduced from $10 million to $5 million in order to improve early stage funding in Australia, according to Artesian Venture Partners COO Tim Heasley.

Australian crowdfunding platform Pozible has launched a partnership with IDG Capital Partners and the Shanghai-Nanxiang government to help Australian and international startups get a much-needed leg-up in the Chinese market.
