The disappearance of Malaysia Airlines Flight MH370 has formally been declared an accident. The plane disappeared on March 8 last year with 239 people on board en route from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing. The director general of Malaysia's department of civil aviation said the MH370 task force has concluded that the aircraft exhausted its fuel supply over the southern Indian Ocean, and is on the sea floor.
