Hostages have been taken northeast of Paris, Agence France-Presse and other French media report. It is unclear whether the situation is connected to two suspects in the attack on French satirical newspaper Charlie Hebdo that left 12 people dead Wednesday, CNN said. The Associated Press reported that the suspects, Cherif Kouachi, 32, and his older brother Said, 34, stole a Peugeot car Friday morning and are on the move again, according to a French security official.
