Corn is cheap, plentiful, fattening, and it helps livestock and farm-raised seafood get plumper and ready for market a whole lot sooner. Lamb is a fabulous protein. When it comes to this meat, shoulder cuts are best and cheapest. Just be careful not to burn them!
