Hi! You may have caught on by now, I love using up scraps! Do you have a favorite scrap-buster? Both my posts this week were using them up and I'm brainstorming what type of beanbag to make for my son because my itty-bitty scrap basket is overflowing (I use tiny scraps as stuffing!) Hope you're having a great week. -Stephanie

- I. love. this. calendar, from the Sam Osborne Store off Etsy. I'm seriously contemplating ordering it for my sewing space once I get it organized - check out how the back is a print after the year is over! Gorgeous.
- I'm trying out needle felting for my February #TSNEM and love this beautiful starter kit from Artterro! (affiliate link)

A quick and easy tutorial to use up some of your wool upcycle scraps - heart-shaped hand warmers! They have an envelope style back that's easy to sew and lets you wash the covers if they get grody. See more pictures and the steps here. |

I wrote a contributor post for Creative Green Living this week and love how it turned out - from my old jeans to a play crown for my son! See more pictures and the tutorial on CGL, with a free PDF pattern. This would be perfect for a birthday crown too. |
