The Army said Chelsea Manning, who is serving a 35-year sentence for leaking classified documents to WikiLeaks, can receive hormone therapy to help her transition to being a woman. Formerly known as Bradley Manning, she was convicted in 2013. She then said she wanted to be identified as a woman.
