BREAKING NEWS: Disney Beats the Street in Fiscal 1Q

The entertainment giant revealed fiscal first quarter earnings that handily beat expectations. Earnings per share of $1.27 on revenues of $13.39 billion easily topped Wall Street estimates for profits of $1.07 per share on sales of $12.67 billion. Disney shares popped 2% after hours.
