DOE Publishes Notice of Proposed Rulemaking Regarding Test Procedures for Portable Air Conditioners 
The Department of Energy has published a Federal Register notice of proposed rulemaking regarding test procedures for portable air conditioners. 80 FR 10211(February 26, 2015) DOE will host a public meeting on Wednesday, March 18, 2015.
