  • House Prepares Health Law Repeal Vote

    The House today is scheduled to vote on a measure (HR 596) that repeals the 2010 Affordable Care Act. The measure has little chance for navigating past Senate consideration and faces a certain White House veto. However, the bill calls for House committees to develop health law replacement alternatives and is a politically necessary step toward possible development of any health care overhaul adjustments. Full story
