Medicare Mulls Expanded Coverage of HIV Tests  By Kerry Young Medicare is considering expanding its coverage of the test for the human immunodeficiency virus so that it would pay for this screening for all people between ages 15 and 65. Full story House Prepares Health Law Repeal Vote  By Paul Jenks The House today is scheduled to vote on a measure (HR 596) that repeals the 2010 Affordable Care Act. The measure has little chance for navigating past Senate consideration and faces a certain White House veto.
