I use it as a side dish at dinner, or as pilaf for a main dish, but here's a truly novel idea — breakfast! Instead of oatmeal, I have quinoa with goat milk and a little agave for sweetness. I'm very picky when it comes to fish. I buy only the freshest of the fresh. In a pinch, though, my mother taught me that if you soak the fish in milk, it removes any fishy smells or flavors.
