Curb Your Cravings

Cravings are a common part of any diet. A couple of proactive steps can help you beat them. To start, get your mind off the craving: Go for a walk immediately, brush your teeth, or pop some gum in your mouth. If you can get your mind off the craving for just a little while, it will often go away.
