In breaking news this morning, David Hicks has won an appeal against his terrorism conviction, which has been quashed in a unanimous ruling by the US court of military commission review

In an exclusive interview with Guardian Australia, David Hicks says, "Obviously it feels good that I’m an innocent man. I don’t believe it should be surprising to anyone considering the circumstances over the years"
