As great as a good workout is, it can be so tempting to stop early. We usually have a dozen things on our minds (and on our to-do list), and it’s easy to imagine quitting early to get a jump on them.
But quitting a workout will not only hinder your progress, it can also lead to bad habits. Here are some of my favorite motivational tips. I hope they can help you keep going, too.
