Federal agents target 'birth tourism' in three-county raid

Federal agents carried out raids today at 20 locations in three Southern California counties in an investigation targeting "birth tourism" schemes in which pregnant Chinese women travel to the U.S. on fraudulent visas so that their children will be born as U.S. citizens.
