Greetings!

Greetings!

This month, I wrote about a
new program called Leading
Together that has been found to be effective in building trust
amongst the adults in schools
-- the key, according to research, to improving schools.

Research also suggests that both students and adults benefit greatly from mentoring relationships -- but these relationships can be tricky to navigate. Guest author Patrick Cook-Deegan offers suggestions on how to be an effective mentor based on his own experience of mentoring young men.

Wishing you a joyful spring!

Warmly,
