POETRY & FILM Las Chavas: Poetry and Film from Honduras Correction: Thursday, January 8 7:00 PM Poetry Foundation 61 West Superior Street Free Admission Join Richard Blanco, the fifth inaugural poet of the United States; Brad Coley, director of the forthcoming documentary Las Chavasabout Our Little Roses, the only all-girl orphanage in Honduras; and Cheryl Chapman, executive director of Our Little Roses Foreign Mission Society, Miami, FL, for an evening of poetry and film.     PERFORMANCE Drinking Gourd: An Evening of Poetry and Music Tuesday, January 13 7:00 PM Poetry Foundation 61 West Superior Street Free Admission Celebrate Willie Lin, the winner of this year’s Drinking Gourd Poetry Prize, a first-book award for poets of color. Judge Chris Abani presents the award and the evening includes a performance by composer, producer, and double bass player Tatsu Aoki.
