BREAKING NEWS: ECB Holds Rates Steady, Plans to Announce ‘Further Measures’ Later

The ECB said it will keep its benchmark refinancing rate unchanged at 0.05%, as expected. The central bank said it will “communicate further measures on monetary policy” at its press conference at 8:30 a.m. ET.
