Improvements Coming to the Presidio Transit Center

The Presidio Transit Café will close at 5 pm on Thursday, January 22 for remodeling. It will reopen in early spring with a new concept offered by the Presidio Trust in partnership with Chef Traci Des Jardins. The restaurant will include an expanded menu, coffee and beverages, and grab n’ go food and goods. The new offering is part of the Trust’s growing program to serve visitors, residents, and employees with a broad range of dining choices.

During construction, please visit “The Transition” food truck located just west of the Transit Center, immediately across from the Presidio Post Office. It will offer coffee and house made pastries in the morning as well as sandwiches, salads, burgers, fries, and desserts. It begins service on Monday, January 26 and will be open weekdays 7 am to 2:30 pm.

Restrooms at the Presidio Transit Center will remain open during construction.
