The ACS Assessment Tool for Chemistry in Two-Year College Programs can help identify strengths and areas for improvement in chemistry-based education. Use the tool alone, or register for a review of your results, which will provide ideas and resources for growth. Registration for the review is open through June 3, 2015.

The application deadline for the ACS Women Chemists Committee (WCC)/Eli Lilly Travel Grant is coming up fast! Don't miss this opportunity to receive up to $1000 to present at an ACS meeting between July 1 and December 31, 2015. If you travel to the ACS National Meeting, you'll have the opportunity to meet and network with elite women chemists, and learn first-hand about their experiences. A generous grant from the National Science Foundation (NSF) will provide participation through a limited number of travel scholarships for students to attend the ACS Green Chemistry Institute® 19thAnnual Green Chemistry & Engineering Conferenceon July 14-16, 2015, and the Student Workshop on Monday, July 13, 2015, in the Washington, DC metro area. The 2015 NSF Student Scholars program will reimburse students for travel, accommodations, and registration fee, up to a maximum of $1,000 each. Student must be currently enrolled in an accredited U.S. university at the undergraduate, graduate or postdoctoral level. Applicants are ineligible if they have also won a Ciba, Breen, or Hancock Award to attend the same conference.
