Isla Vista gunman researched Nazis before deadly rampage, inquiry says Los Angeles Times | February 19, 2015 | 12:23 PM The student who went on a deadly rampage in Isla Vista last year researched Nazi figures before his attack, according to a report on the incident released today by the Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Office. Elliot Rodger killed six people in the assault before killing himself. Rodger “was very interested in some of the practices and techniques of the Third Reich,” the report said. “The suspect’s in-depth research included information about Joseph Goebbels and Heinrich Himmler, two infamous members of the Nazi hierarchy.” Read more>>
