When making a dessert that contains dark chocolate, here's an easy way to create a gorgeous presentation. Get small — nontoxic! — leaves and dip one side of them in melted chocolate. Arrange them carefully on a cookie sheet, and place them in a freezer. When they are set, peel off the actual leaves and use the beautifully detailed chocolate ones to garnish your dessert. Your guests will be so impressed with your culinary skills!
