This week we’re eating… One-pan chicken dishes
We know how much you love cooking with chicken, so to make life easier we've created lots of one-pan recipes that are all about minimum effort and maximum gain. First, choose your cut - thrifty chicken thighs or wings roast really well and are great with flavoursome accompaniments like sticky Chinese marinademustard lentils or rosemary ratatouille. If you prefer to roast chicken whole, pile ingredients around it in the tray and let the oven do the work – chorizo & chickpeasroot vegetables or ricotta stuffing balls are great for soaking up delicious cooking juices.
