Secret Service Investigation |
One of President Obama's elite agents is among the two Secret Service members being investigated for crashing a car into a White House barricade during an active bomb scene investigation. NBC News has learned they were drinking and drove up and broke through police tape near the suspicious package. A whistleblower reported the breach. |

Black Hawk Wreckage Found |
Authorities have located the flight data recorder in the wreckage of the Black Hawk helicopter that now sits in 25 feet of water near Florida. All 11 on board were killed, including a Michigan Marine who was engaged to be married this year. A former pilot said foggy weather could be to blame: "Effectively the horizon disappears and the sea will meld into the clouds." |

Carjacked at Gunpoint |
Jurors in the Boston Marathon bombing trial heard businessman Dun Meng describe how the Tsarnaev brothers carjacked his SUV at gunpoint for a terrifying 90-minute ride. Meng fled to safety at a gas station, hid and called 911 saying "please help me!" Surveillance video shows him running for his life as the brothers react. |
