Ingredients:
12 ounces skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
Kosher salt (optional)

1 tablespoon hot chili powder

1/2 cup chopped green onions

Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in tomato, lime juice, and cilantro.

Connie's Tip of the Day

Cold Relief in a Bowl

Looking for quick-and-easy head cold relief? Look no further than a steaming bowl of chicken soup! Researchers at the Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami tested the effects of chicken soup on the common-cold symptoms of a stuffy and a runny nose. They found that chicken soup temporarily eases these symptoms and, when compared with the effect of moist steam alone, increases the speed with which mucus moves through the nose — an important part of how the body rids itself of cold and flu viruses!
