BREAKING: House passes pipeline bill, sets up Obama veto

The House approved a bill Wednesday authorizing construction of the Keystone XL pipeline, setting up a showdown with President Obama, who has promised to veto the bill. The bill essentially shuts down administration review of the pipeline that has been repeatedly delayed. The Senate has already approved the bill, but not with a big enough margin to override a veto.
