Reminder: CAHPS® Clinician and Group Survey Database Submission Begins March 2, 2015

CAHPS 2.0 Clinician & Group Survey users who administered the surveys in 2014 will be able to submit data to the CAHPS Database March 2, 2015 through March 27, 2015.

Data collected from surveys administered in 2014 will be accepted for:
    • 12-Month Adult 2.0
    • 12-Month Adult 2.0 with Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) Supplemental Items
    • 12-Month Child 2.0
    • 12-Month Child 2.0 with PCMH Supplemental Items
    •  Visit Adult 2.0
    •  2.0 surveys using a 6-month reference period
      The submission requirements, Data File Specifications, and Data Use Agreement (DUA) are available at: www.cahpsdatabase.ahrq.gov/CGDSS/login.aspThe DUA can be signed and returned before data submission opens in March. To make this process as easy as possible, the DUA can be uploaded directly into the submission system through a new DUA Submission Portal available at:www.cahpsdatabase.ahrq.gov/CGDSS/uploadDUA.aspx.
