Truck driver arrested in Metrolink crash

The driver of a truck that collided with a Metrolink commuter train in Oxnard has been arrested on suspicion of felony hit-and-run, police said.
Jose Alejandro Sanchez Ramirez of Yuma, Ariz., is in custody after an early morning crash that sent 28 people to hospitals.
