New Vids: Yogurt Making, Hoop Houses, Grow Lights, No Knead Bread Baking Tips

Hi ! I know spring is near. Its still light outside at 5 pm. This is a good thing. I need sunlight. I also need yogurt. So I made some. Spring is also the time when I get a bunch of questions about growing garlic, and I have to tell people that its best if you plant it in the fall. I haven't seen great garlic when its planted in spring. If you left some garlic heads in the ground by accident, they will sprout this spring. Even more interesting are the garlic questions I get from people overseas, and I unfortunately know nothing about how to grow it in other climates. I'm wondering if they have some sort of agriclutural extension office like we have? Lots of good feedback on the hoop house cold frames. I will post some more gardening vids next week.
