LAPD officers involved in another struggle with man on skid row

L.A. police officers today struggled with a man on skid row who authorities said grabbed hold of an officer's holster.

Officers used a Taser twice and took the man into custody without firing their weapons, police said.

The incident comes on the heels of Sunday's fatal shooting on skid row, where a man allegedly made a grab for an officer's gun and was shot.
