I saw this article the other day, and it got me thinking about leadership.
Once you "make it" as they say – you finally climbed atop your Mount Everest - what happens to the rest of us?
You could put it all behind you, how it felt back when you were at the bottom of the food chain.
Or - you can use that feeling to help others (like you) succeed.
I often say that a good leader is one who doesn’t ignore problems.
