I love to grill, especially outside on a beautiful day. It's such a versatile way to prepare food. I can find a way to grill nearly everything: vegetables, chicken breasts, fish, whole grain bread, you name it! I even have recipes for grilling artichokes and avocados! When I remodeled my kitchen, I installed an indoor grill (yes, I enjoy it thatmuch). For those of you who don't have an indoor grill, you can go to a cooking store and buy grill pans that fit right over the burner. That way, you can enjoy the delicious flavors of grilled meals even when the weather is bad.
