Steaming is one of the easiest and healthiest ways to enjoy vegetables. It's best to have a steamer, but if you don't, you can do it in the microwave. I like to steam my vegetables until they are tender, but still slightly crisp. Different vegetables take different amounts of time to cook, though, so don't steam them all at once!
