BREAKING: Obama to propose free community college

President Obama will propose two years of free community college for American workers in Tennessee on Friday, part of his three-state tour this week to preview his State of the Union Address. "Put simply what I'd like to do is to see the first two years of community college free for anybody who's willing to work for it," he said in a video uploaded to Facebook Thursday.
