BREAKING: Reports: Police officer shot in southern Paris dies

A police officer who was shot in southern Paris on Thursday has died, Agence France-Presse and CNN report. A street sweeper was seriously wounded in the shooting, which came the day after hooded gunmen attacked the offices of satirical weekly magazine "Charlie Hebdo" in the city and killed 12 people. It was not immediately clear whether the shootings are linked. French Interior Minister Bernard Cazeneuve cautioned against jumping to conclusions. He said the attacker remains at large.
