| Debt-strapped Greece has submitted a list of proposed reforms to its creditors to get final approval for an extension to its rescue loans, a European Union official said Tuesday. EU Commission chief Margaritis Schinas tweeted that the country's list of reform measures had been received on time. The reforms will now be reviewed by 19 eurozone finance ministers. Without an extension or restructuring of its debt, Greece is in danger of going bankrupt and may even be forced out of the eurozone. Its loans expire on Feb. 28.
