Water main break floods Hollywood Hills neighborhood Los Angeles Times | February 18, 2015 | 6:24 AM A water main break in the Hollywood Hills was flooding streets early today, leaving several vehicles in an underground parking structure submerged. Fire crews responded to the 6400 block of Dix Street after a pipe burst, sending water spewing into the neighborhood, said Capt. Jaime Moore of Los Angeles Fire Department. Los Angeles Department of Water and Power crews were on the scene and working to stop the flow of water, the utility’s spokeswoman Kim Hughes said.
