Last week, Chanel presented their Spring 2015 haute couture show. I’m not one to gawk, but this show was unreal. Held in the Grand Palais in Paris, Karl Lagerfeld dreamed up a spring garden that was a cross between Matisse’s paper cuts and Chinese lanterns. It took 6 months to create the stunning, mechanical display. Just as gorgeous was the actual runway show with its nod to floral abundance. Per usual, the last number on the runway was a bridal theme complete with hundreds of flowers on the cascading train and accompanied by 6 male bridesmaids carrying plentiful arrangements of tropical flowers. If you ask me, this is the direction of bridal! Look for it! Florals and tropical arrangements!
