FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: FRIDAY, FEB. 27, 2015 2012 Economic Census Geographic Area Series: First Release of Data for Three Sectors This is a series of national-, state-, county-, place- and metro area-level data files providing statistics on the number of establishments, receipts or revenue, payroll, number of employees and other items by industry. The first data were released today for the following sectors. Statistics for the other states and geographic entities within them for these sectors will be released on a flow basis over the coming months. Administrative and Support and Waste Management and Remediation Services: Includes statistics for office administrative services, investigation and security services, and waste collection, treatment and disposal. Covers Colorado and Hawaii and geographic areas therein only.  Retail Trade: Includes statistics for furniture and home furnishings stores, food and beverage stores, and nonstore retailers. Covers Colorado and Hawaii and geographic areas therein only. Wholesale Trade: Includes statistics for merchant wholesalers of durable and nondurable goods and wholesale electronic markets, agents and brokers. Covers Colorado and geographic areas therein only.
