Two of the five-member Federal Communications Commission (FCC) urged chairman Tom Wheeler to release his full proposal for net neutrality, which would delay this week’s final vote on the rules.

Ryan Ding, president of products and solutions at Huawei, said that so-called 4.5G networks represent “the first time that a mobile network is not focused on people – it will be focused on people and things”.
