DOE Announces Webinars on Buildings of the Future, Building America Research Tools, and More


The Energy Department and our Pacific Northwest National Laboratory will present a live webinar titled "Buildings of the Future: The Role of Nature in our Built Environment" on Wednesday, March 18, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time. The webinar presenters will to discuss how natural systems and place-based building design can create sustainable and resilient buildings across the United States and globally. Register for the webinar.

The Energy Department will also present a live webinar titled "Building America Research Tools: Field Test Best Practices, National Residential Efficiency Measures Database, and BEopt" on Wednesday, March 18, from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time. National Renewable Energy Laboratory staff will provide an overview of three resources for designing, upgrading, and monitoring residential building systems for energy efficiency. Register for the webinar.
