L.A. writer may have been killed over information on Robert Durst's missing wife Los Angeles Times | March 15, 2015 | 10:50 AM Los Angeles authorities who moved to arrest Robert Durst in the 2000 killing of writer Susan Berman believe that the New York real estate scion killed Berman because she knew information about his wife's mysterious disappearance, according to a law enforcement source.
